Irish Whiskey from the Dingle Distillery

Dingle distillery were at the fore-front of the latest wave of new whiskey distilleries in Ireland. Founded in 2012, they released cask #1 in 2015 after 3 years maturation. 2017 sees their first general releases - two single malts, one at cask strength. Now, in 2025, their whiskey has come of age to release their first age statement, a 10 year old single malt. It has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-port, and ex-pedro ximénez casks. It's non-chill filtered and bottled at 46.5% ABV.
