Micil Single Pot Still

Irish Whiskey sourced from Great Northern Distillery

Pádraic and Jimín Ó'Griallais are sixth generation Connemara distillers. In 2016 they founded Micil Distillery in Galway, named after their great-great-grandfather Micil Mac Chearra, who began distilling illicit poitín back in 1848.

The Earls Island Single Pot Still release is triple distilled and finished in a combination of ex-Bordeaux Wine Casks and ex-peated whiskey American oak casks. It is non-chill filtered with no added colouring and bottled at 46% abv.
