The Ennis Whiskey Club have organised a series of Irish Brand tastings around Ennis again for 2025. Our May event was the Micil Whiskey range presented by founder & owner, Pádraic Ó Griallais along with Brand Ambassador, Jack Feeney.
Pádraic brought along their heritage poitín to start with and their Irish Cream liqueur as a bit of dessert to finish. Sandwiched in between was their sourced whiskey core range of Inverin Small Batch Blend and their two Pot Stills - Earls Island and Madeira Island. The feather in the cap on the night for our packed house was a sample from our Ennis Whiskey Club cask in the Síolta Mhicil Cask program. The heritage mashbill whiskey in this ex-bourbon cask is over 3 years old now and will be bottled exclusively for members in the coming months.
